Each local event creator develops their own event after accepting our agreement and receiving approval. We are here to help with this creation. After approval, the Creator Resources Package can be downloaded from the Creator Zone.

LOCAL CHARITY PARTNERS

Choose a charity working for Peace, Environment, Social Justice you’re passionate about and form a close relationship. Feature the charity in your event promotion; invite them to participate as presenters; provide a booth; donate 50% of profits, and raise awareness of their work year-round.

FINANCES

The Earthdance International non-profit funds global event coordination 100% from our producers. We spent this on our website, promotion and outreach to the Earthdance Collective and other producers. Volunteers and board members donate many additional unpaid hours. Thank YOU! Your registration fees and post-event donations are really import to keeping Earthdance moving forward!

Please use the official ED titles, story and metrics from the website.

LOGO

Re-designs are OK; please also include the official ED logo in all promotions.

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise using the ED logo should be approved in advance by ED global.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Please link your event’s social media to the ED global website and social media.
